OUR STORY
We met in the Air Force, learning the intricacies of strategic planning, logistics, leadership, and how to juggle 567 moving parts without dropping a single one. Those years shaped our discipline, adaptability, and ability to create order from chaos.
When our time in uniform ended, we each took different paths—into corporate America, leading projects, managing teams, and refining our expertise in business operations and financial strategy. Along the way, we gained firsthand experience in scaling operations and making critical decisions under pressure. Twenty years later, we reconnected—not just as friends, but as seasoned professionals ready to build something of our own.
Ondara was born from that vision along with a love of surfing and the rhythm of the ocean—where movement, flow, and adaptability define success. Just like reading the waves, building a business requires intuition, balance, and the ability to pivot when the tide shifts. The name Ondara, inspired by the Catalan word for “wave,” reflects our belief that businesses thrive when they embrace change rather than resist it.
